Code of Conduct
Established in 2019, the ECB Group Code of Conduct aims to provide all related parties of the ECB with a reference to professional decisions taken inside and outside the companies belonging to its group. This document has mandatory application among our employees, aiming to adapt our relationship posture with customers, suppliers, co-workers, business partners, society and other interlocutors.
The ECB Complaint Channel is available 24 hours a day for you to report any non-compliance with the company, be it policies, procedures or internal standards. It is also a space to send questions and suggestions, being guaranteed total anonymity and confidentiality of the reported subject.
